About the Baker
Hi! I’m Grace Flodstrom, the baker behind Fog & Flour.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved creating things that are both beautiful and delicious. I’ve lived in Seattle, WA; Canby, OR; Albuquerque, NM; Desoto, TX; Odessa, TX; and now Port Angeles, WA. No matter where life has taken me, baking has always been a constant, and I’m so excited to bring my recipes to the Peninsula.
2025 was a big year for me! I retired from college volleyball in January, moved to Port Angeles in July, married my husband, Ethan, in August, graduated with my BBA in December, and stepped into a marketing lead role at the Composite Recycling Technology Center.
As someone new to the Peninsula, I’ve fallen in love with the beauty of a place where the mountains meet the sea. My hope with Fog & Flour is to create delicious, custom-made desserts that not only look beautiful, but bring a little extra light to your day!
At Fog & Flour, every custom dessert is crafted to delight all five senses
-
Desserts that are visually appealing to the eye come from color, precision, and little details.
-
A perfect sugar cookie is soft with a hardened royal icing. The crunch of the icing with a soft cookie is music to many ears.
-
A tang from salted butter mixed with prime vanilla and a sweet icing hits the palate like nothing else.
-
When you open your box, the aroma of freshly baked goods should take you right back to Grandma’s kitchen.
-
The smooth icing, the crisp edge of a cookie, the soft weight of a moist bite of cake on your fork…there’s nothing better.
